Candidates will be able to-
Recall the rules concerning hours of driving, breaks and rest periods when subject to EU drivers hours regulation.
Discuss the working hours and break requirements when subject to RTWTD.
Explain the rules on driving and duty for those subject to domestic regulations.
State the records required for the appropriate regulation and demonstrate how to operate record making equipment.
Discuss enforcement agency roles and penalties.
