By the end of the training, the drivers will be able to:
1. Describe why driver stress and fatigue are important issues for professional drivers.
2. Describe the factors that can lead to driver stress.
3. Describe coping strategies for dealing with driver stress.
4. Identify the common signs and symptoms of the onset of driver fatigue and the potential catastrophic consequences.
5. Describe action to take should you counter driver fatigue.
6. Appreciate why diet and fitness can impact upon driver stress and driver fatigue.
