Description
By the end of the training, the drivers will be able to:
1. Understand the legality and importance of the Highway Code
2. Understand how a positive attitude contributes to being a safe and professional driver
3. Define the term defensive driving and understand the principles of awareness, anticipation, control and planning
4. Understand the importance of vehicle checks and how to undertake a comprehensive daily vehicle check
5. Undertake hazard perception scenarios and the principles of hazard identification whilst driving.
