What the overall role of a delivery driver is
The effect of giving both good and bad customer service is to the company in terms of financial cost and reputation
What constitutes effective communication with the depot and the customers and the sort of messages that need to be conveyed
How great route planning is critical to multi drop work taking into consideration the parcels that they have to be delivered as a priority
What sort of items they might be expected to deliver, how to deal with them and the paperwork / in cab technology requirements.
