Description
Following attendance on this course, the driver will have a good understanding of how to load vehicles and remain compliant with maximum weights including avoidance of overloading on vehicle axles.
The drivers will also obtain a good understanding of the vehicle plating system, which will provide a means for them to know the limits of their vehicles and trailers. Additionally, drivers will be aware of maximum heights and the requirement to display this in the vehicle cab.
By demonstrating the actual regulations, which are relevant to the subjects in this part, the driver will achieve a better understanding of the necessity, and ability to, comply with these requirements.
