Description
By the end of the course participants will a understanding of what a major incident is and the stages of the incident as it develops.
Participants will understand what their responsibilities when involved in an major incident and how to interact with the emergency services.
In addition the participants will have a greater understanding of the impacts of the incident such as personal & company impact and the aftermath effects on both them as a driver and members of the general public.
