Enforcement Agencies - Speed Enforcement

Description

By the end of the course delegates will have an understanding of some key knowledge updates on DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) - (Howard Forrester) / Police Enforcement how these can impact on both the operator licence holder and the driver.
Also looking at Traffic Commissioners (Tim Blakemore/ Nick Denton) and their role in granting and removing operator licences and drivers' vocational licences, whilst also upholding and enforcing Transport Law through other enforcement agencies like the HSE (Health And Safety Executive) we will conclude the day looking at speed enforcement, introductions of new speed limits across Wales and England as well as updates on technological advancements of speed cameras.
