Drivers Tachograph Legislation and Law - Fatigue

Description

By the end of the course delegates will have an understanding of EU and GB domestic drivers hours regulations, working time, manual entries, accurate time-keeping and competent tachograph record keeping, covering digital tachograph and analogue Tachograph use and to provide an outline of the risks of failed adherence which could result in licence disqualification, vehicle accidents and or prosecution, managing Fatigue and tiredness before a knowledge based quiz on drivers Learning from the day in regard to Legislation / compliance, they will also understand new legislation from 2020/21 on drivers recording it correctly any other working time duties and confirming rest periods including part time drivers.
