Description
To provide delegates with a thorough knowledge of Health & Safety and safe loading of a vehicle. This course will cover legislation, statistics, PPE, Manual handling, PUWER, LOLER, COSHH and RIDDOR. The delegates will also have an understanding of food poisoning, food contamination, allergenics and food safety culture.
