Know what is expected of staff members regarding the security of drivers and vehicles. Understand Drivers hours and Working time directive. Have a knowledge of mobile phone use while driving and the wearing of seatbelts. Understand the different vulnerable road users and have a better understanding of bridge strikes. Have the knowledge to carry out a full vehicle checks. Understand OCRS and the role of the enforcement officer.
