By the end of the course delegates will have gained by sharing experience, best practice and reviewing industry standards an understanding of their main duties and responsibilities working for a PCV operator in providing good standards of Customer Care
To have gained a good understanding of the challenges customers with varying disabilities face in accessing and using public transport (bus or coach operation).
To have gained an understanding of the responsibilities for both the operator and driver in providing high standards of customer care to all customers confidently and professionally whilst assisting to remove barriers were possible.
