At the end of the course drivers will have the following - refreshed knowledge of the Drivers Hours regulations, Working time directive, the ability to make manual entries on a digital tachograph and when they will be required, when and how to carry out daily vehicle checks and how to report them.
How to load their vehicles safely and equipment to be used
The update of Road Safety and the new Highway code, use of Mobile Devises and how that can effect their driving, tiredness and how this will effect the control of a vehicle when driving if tired, know who the VRU Group are and how to protect them.
The Importance of avoiding Bridge Strikes and what action to take should they have a bridge strike.
