Description
Training combines classroom based theory lessons with practical lessons using the lorry loader in a secure yard area. To maintain trainee engagement, course ratios are limited to a maximum of 4 trainees to 1 instructor. During the practical lessons, trainees who are not in control of the lorry loader will be engaged through observing the actions of the trainee who is operating, as well as by questioning and dialogue with the instructor.
