How to prevent the overloading of goods vehicles.
The correct speed limits for the different vehicle categories.
The regulations surrounding maintenance requirements for vehicles named on an O licence, including the role drivers play in compliance.
The way DVSA target and enforce the rules and the potential punitive measures they may use.
The way risk is managed within the transport sector and the responsibilities of both employers and employees.
The issues surrounding the management of drivers and agency drivers
The limits of liability under CMR and standard conditions of carriage.
The additional requirements for international transport including prevention of clandestine entrants.
