Protecting Yourself and Your Licence

Description

Following the course, the trainees will be able to identify the different categories of and how to apply
for an Operators Licence. The trainees will understand the categories of driver’s licences required
for each vehicle. Trainees will have a better understanding of Traffic Commissioners and Operators
Compliance Risk Score. By the end of the course, trainees will understand how to give good customer
service and how to keep their load / passengers safe. Trainees will gain further information and
knowledge on how to drive safely around vulnerable road users.
