Driver CPC Periodic Training Courses should have an appropriate name, which reflects the content of the course but is not misleading. This is particularly important where a course has certification or accreditation from another body, and so meets the requirements for another syllabus.

For Driver CPC purposes, any course submitted to JAUPT for approval should be titled appropriately to reflect its relevance to Driver CPC and not any other certification or accreditation. This might mean that such a course could have two names; one for Driver CPC and another. An example of this can be found below:
